But I faced the problem of deducting from my account twice, several emails and finally the amount was refunded yesterday only with a deduction of 192 Norwegian kroner. What was the highlight of Thon Hotel Sno
Pleasant stay
The family room had a good size and we liked that we had a sleeping sofa instead of bunk beds for the children. The beds were very comfortable and overall good facilities in the room. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Norway comparing with other accommodations.
The hotel is part of an indoor ski facility so obviously there are a lot of guests and also teenagers. One night we have had some issues with noise coming from the room across and some teenagers have also knocked on our door quite late when the children were sleeping (surely by mistake but still enough to disturb our rest). This was fixed quite fast by the hotel staff. Quite crowded at breakfast and we did not appreciate that a lot of teenagers were wearing pajamas pants and walking in socks or bare feet. We think is not very pleasant when you try to enjoy your breakfast.
